Solano Shade provides arboricultural services. We serve commercial property managers, homeowners and municipalities in Solano and Yolo counties.

Mission Statement

We will conduct and present ourselves such that our craft shall merit the highest respect and esteem of our clients, competitors and the public. We will field the best trained arborists and tree workers, equipped with the latest and best maintained tools and equipment available to our industry to perform work according to the most current standards and practices of arboriculture.

Office Hours

Office hours are 9am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Typical crew working hours are from 7am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. We are also available all hours and days for emergency storm damage work. You can reach our fast response team for emergency situations at 707-249-3895

Our Team

We currently employ five full-time field employees, and a part-time administrator. Our administrator works between 2:30 and 5:30 Monday through Friday. An additional full-time employee is dedicated to sales and arboricultural consulting.

Two employees make up a crew that operates an aerial lift/dump truck and a 12" capacity brush chipper
A second crew of two men run a custom forestry/dump truck and a 9" capacity chipper
Another employee operates independently providing stump grinding, air spade, fertilization, pest control services
The owners’ time is split evenly between production work, sales, training, scheduling, planning, and equipment maintenance
